The work went very well and we have had no problems at all.

Electricians were on time, explained that I needed a new down rod, waited while I drove to hardware store. On my return, one person removed existing fan while the other assembled the new one. They fast and efficient, and took the time to explain their support if I had any problems. I was very satisfied withthe work and price.

Went well. He made good suggestions for what we could change in the future. Very courteous and helpful.

They were professional, but all of the work didn't get done and I was kind of disappointed with that. They were good and did fix part of the problem.

I had Allgood previously install an electrical surge protector and decided to also include a cable surge protector. I then pruchased a compatible Eaton Cable Surge protector and purchased $200 Allgood service coupon. All was installed promptly and professionally. However, after the install, installation guide required a waterproof box should be installed around the cable surge protector. I feel Allgood shoujld have realized this and prompted me. I must still contact them and ask for their recommendation.

That was OK. I don't know if I got my money's worth out of it. I told them I've had problems with the doorbell in the past and I thought he would maybe do a little diagnostic on it, but he didn't. They were very nice and their responsiveness was good. He was very polite and everything.

He assessed and evaluated the problem, went to Lowe's to get the requisite parts, and then fixed the electrical problem.

Ron took the time to go over every aspect of my electrical system, explaining how things worked. He pointed out several wiring problems and why they should be changed out. He also changed out an outlet that was arcing.

The hanging of the fans went great. Pleased with the results.

One of the employees did a great job. However, the other employee was new and a little unprofessional. All in all, it was a great experience at a reasonable price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. Those guys were wonderful and we really like them. Their service was excellent. They were on time and very personable. They did an excellent job. The price was within reason, we were very pleased with it. They're the best electrical company. I would definitely recommend them.

I scheduled a time for an electrician to make the needed repairs. The electrician arrived as scheduled, evaluated the problem, explained the needed work and completed the repairs in about an hour. He was knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, he gave me an estimate for a complete electrical panel swap. Although I did not have that work done at this time, I will most likely contact Allgood for the work in the future.

Ronnie arrived on time. He changed the dryer receptacle without any problems. He also checked for ground wires and was able to quote me to change the 2 prong outlets to 3 prong which I decided not to do. The added bonus was that one of the breaker switches was loose and without asking, he tightened it up. Now $135 to change a 30 amp outlet that I actually bought ($11 at Lowe's) was probably a little expensive, but I'd rather pay a little extra and know that it was installed correctly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The experience was fantastic! They were very responsive and we ended up getting more work done than we had originally expected.

This was a big job. Our home needed upgrades especially in the lighting area. The AllGood electric crew, headed up by Colin, was VERY professional, punctual, and experienced for the job needed. We had all of the kitchen lighting (track lights) removed and had can lighting installed in the kitchen, living room (where there was no lighting before) and had bright LED lighting installed in our laundry room, and hallway near the laundry room; which as very poor before. Allgood also installed a 3-head spot lighting system in our backyard, which allows us to view the whole yard when turned on. We also had 5 large ceiling fans installed with dimmer switches. And they also installed the wiring for our water heater that was installed. Can't say enough good, this project was huge and considering the amount of work needed, it was still completed in a timely manner. We had three separate meetings/visits in order to get all of this done, but it was completed without any additional problems. We have very high ceilings, so the technicians had to be in the attic a lot to do the work, but they done it. This is a very good electric company and they do what they can to accommodate you on your work schedules and still provide the excellent service and professionalism to you. The clean up was superb and I definitely would use them again, if needed.

No show, no call about delay. I called at 1215 and was informed he was "running late" so I cancelled because since they do not care about their customers, why should their customers bother with them

It was fine, a 1 one of 3. They didn't charge anything additional to what they offered on the Big Deal. They were good. They were very thorough.

The replacement of the outdoor electrical panel went well and met our expectations. The wiring from that panel to the backyard pool needed to be rerouted over the patio roof. That was done. Apparently there was a break in the wire from the panel to the pool light which could not be located and repaired. Also, we had requested an outlet be placed in the wiring over the patio, but this required an estimate for another visit - although told they would let us know, we never heard from them again. We requested a detailed statement of the work performed and information about the surge protector but could only get a one sentence email response. This is a good, professional organization that is probably very busy and may not have the time for small projects.

They did a very good job and I am going to use again soon. I would recommend them to anyone.

It went pretty well. It went better that I could have anticipated. We had some circuit issues in the house that no-one else could resolve. He was here, he checked over the circuits, he went out, got a couple of switches for us, came back, replaced those and replaced some sockets. He found out the problem that we had with the GFI. Someone apparently wired the house backwards and he seemed to know exactly what the problem was and he went right to it and fixed it. So he was very knowledgeable and someone whom I would definitely use again. I would recommend him. I paid the price for the Big Deal and I paid for some extra work. The work was about three and a half hours, which was a lot less than I figured it was going to be. They did apply the discount for the deal.

The dining room light switch was replaced. The old light fixtures in the kitchen were removed. Installed and supplied new 4 ft fluorescent fixtures in kitchen and capped off the wiring in one box. Installed box and wiring through attic for light fixture over bed. Install switch for bedroom light and reinstalled the old plug in fixture, now minus the plug in part. Looks much nicer. Took about half the day to accomplish. Getting into the attic from the bedroom closet is no small feat of its own. Great job.

First, we were supposed to be the first appointment of the day...8am. At 8:45am, since no one showed nor called (Unprofessional Act #1), we called the office and were informed that the technician had a doctor's appointment and will be there before 11am (Unprofessional Act #2) and they are running behind schedule with no other technicians to send to us. So much for honoring our request of being their first appointment of the day (Unprofessional Act #3). At 11:30am, no call, no show (Unprofessional Act #4). We call the office and they still behind schedule so ask us to reschedule. Behind schedule on your first appointment of the day? Thanks but no thanks, we don't have days off to waste on waiting for someone to show up.
