The technician was organized professional and knowledgeable. A systems checklist and details were provided with regard to needs. Two options were presented. The price quotes seemed high so we will get some comparators.

Went very smoothly. Appreciated that they emailed and kept me updated along the way. Sometimes it is difficult for me to get to the phone during the day so an alternate way to contact was great.

It turned out all good. I think their customer service is good, you know made sure they were explaining what they were doing each part of the process that was very helpful. The price is reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

While having our A/C unit serviced the technician felt a shock by the refrigerant line and recommended we have an electrician to see what might be causing it. David the electrician inspected everything then found that our neutral line had been disconnected. He also provided information for additional work we were interested in and took the time to explain the process behind the work that would need to be done. We didn't have any problems with them. We didn't have any issues. They did good work. What they did was fine. It was as expected. They came out when we called them.

One of the bedroom light bulb stopped working. When we changed the light bulb the light still did not work. We are very clueless about electric issues so after playing around with the light bulb and not getting it to work we called AllgoodElectric. They came in, checked everyting for 15 minutes, determined the switch that was causing the issue and changed it. Work took 20 minutes at most. I understand you pay for there knowledge and did not expect it to be free. But a fair price to me for 30 minute work tops would have been around 100$ - 120$. The switch is a standard light switch which cost does not exceed 10$. They were very professional and everything but very very very expensive. I would not use them in the future as they were overly priced.

Installer ensure that the installation was done to standards and spent extra time to ensure it was working properly.

Allgood was already doing major electrical repair work on my home due to an electrical fire and when I mentioned I had bought the coupon they offered to do the inspection while they were there. The electrician was very thorough and provided a detailed list. There was no hard sell or pressure from the electrician to have any additional work accomplished.

Arrived as promised. I was horrified at the estimate. I had another electrician who quoted me 120.00, but was not able to do the work due to other jobs on hand. My final cost was 250.00. The work was done on time; just very expensive for the five minutes it took to replace the breaker I thought the price to be excessive. I know now how to replace the breakers and if the same problem occurs I will do the work myself.

It turned out well. I seem to remember that they showed up on time and the electrician was very nice and explained a lot. He just went out of their way to teach me some things about the electrical panel and things that I didn't know. It was very helpful.

It was great. Ron was very friendly and explained things. He was here for a short time but got the electricity working my front bedroom. He also advised us of other services to look at in the near future. I definitely will use their services and ask for Ron as our electrician.

Everything went well. We were able to upgrade to a larger size recessed can to better support our needs, based on their recommendation. No additional cost as we purchased the new lights

When the serviceman got there I told him what the issue was. He told me right off that the only way to fix the problem would be to install all new GFCI boxes and said the company had a standard price for that service, per box replaced. He did the work quickly and efficiently and even provided a water proof box cover for the one in the back yard.
