Allgood Electric

Allgood electric provided an estimate to install some appliances. The workers were punctual, nice and very p.rofessional. The estimate was higher than other estimates received. If the estimate had been lower I would definitely have used them.

Jacob Ortiz was wonderful. He went over everything thoroughly and explained some issues that he found and showed them. He gave a proposed cost which is reasonable compared to standards of past electricians I have used. After CPS comes out per his suggestion I will call to have the work completed as suggested.

The electric outlet installation was superb. He did good work but my only problem is his quote to install an exterior light fixture, his quote was $360 and I thought that was very high, found another licensed electrician who did it for $220, a big difference.

The power was out in part of the house, but was on in the rest of the house. We called CPS Energy and they sent a repairman. He said that there was a bad breaker and that we needed an electrician. I looked on Angies list and found Allgood Electric with excellent ratings. We called them around 9:00 am and the lady we talked with said she would send a repairman immediately. He arrived within an hour and said a breaker was bad. He gave us an estimate and we approved the price. He completed the work in a short time. Everything was satisfactory. I appreciate Allgood Electric's quick response to our problem.

Although the regular working hours were 8 to 5, when asked, the electrician arrived by 7:30 a.m. and was finished by 8:00 a.m. This allowed me to get to work in a reasonable amount of time. Everything went very well. I spoke to him about future plans for alternative lighting in the bathroom and he had some great suggestions.

It went great they came on time did everything in the amount of time they quoted and came in slightly under what they quoted me for the job. The price was a little bit above what others quoted but it was worth it f four the great service and advice they gave.

The electrician showed up 15 minutes early, was polite and extremely professional. He was even able to work in between meetings I had already scheduled and completed the work on time. Good people.

I used ALLGOOD Electric because I have used them before and found them to be very professional, courteous, punctual, and high quality. Jacob Ortiz came out to the house on time and began to work immediately. He informed me of all that he would be doing and how long it would take. For part of the install he had to shut off the power to the entire house and let us know beforehand. After it was done, he walked me through everything. I was very pleased. My only complaint is the price. Without the coupon, it seems to be a bit more on the expensive side. Other than that, however, I am very happy. I will use them again.

Technician (Jacob Ortiz) showed up on time and was always very professional and courteous. I told him what I thought the problem was (need to replace the light fixture) and he said he thought the only thing I needed to do was replace the ballast. He tried the one he had in his truck, but it would not work with my fixture, so he went and bought one, replaced it and the light is working fine. I broke the light cover to the fixture and he retrieved the information I need to replace it. I asked him a safety question about replacing a broken bulb stuck in a light socket and he not only validated my concerns and planned approach, but offered a suggestion I didn't know about. Not only was his verbal communication outstanding, but his non verbals were just as impressive. I really appreciate the honesty about what was really wrong, because he could have told me the entire fixture needed replacing and I would not have known any difference. He did not abuse his expert power and respected me as a customer and person. I will highly recommend "All Good Electric" to all of my friends

I called at 7:40 A.M.....they were here, work completed and gone by 9:15 A.M. Most excellent service!

It was fine and they were prompt. The crew was good. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The cleanup was fine.

General electrical check to see if everything was functioning properly. It went well.

I had them put in two. They did exactly what I wanted. Good quality work, but a little expensive.

Went well. Job was done in about 1.5 hours and works well.

All wiring was examined as well as garage panel. There were 2 circuits not properly terminated (not related to problem area). Jacob was very good in explaining everything that he was doing.

Jacob was informative of the "what's & whys" at every step. He is a very good instructor. It was refreshing that he would take the time to do that. Some service technicians tend to give brief instructions & do it swiftly. Since, I am female, I really, really appreciate his way. In the address section in my Microsoft Word, I have been listing in red letters the ones at the beginning of the address section. Allgood was placed there today under "Electrical".

He was very honest and straightforward. Unfortunately, the deal wouldn't cover the work that you needed done.

Excellent service and work. The amount of work that it took assured me that it was better to have a professional do it instead of trying it myself. Plus the cost of materials, 1 GFCI outlet, weatherproof box, and circuit housing, made the deal even cheaper. Atleast 25%material and the rest being labor.

I had an appointment to install a light fixture with AllGood Electric between 8:00 am and noon. They called me to let me know that my appointment for service would be pushed back until early evening. They never showed up to complete the job.

Installed home surge protector. Was contacted almost immediately to schedule install which was done the next day. Totally professional installation. Felt like a valued customer.

It went very well. I was informed that instead of the maximum 12 outlets/lights on my circuit, I have 15. Ron said that he normally would recommend 8, and not go to the maximum of 12. We turned on everything on the circuit, and the breaker did trip after about an hour, when they were about to leave. Ron informed me that the breaker itself did not feel hot, so his first recommendation would be to come back and replace all of my canned lights on the circuit with integrated LED lights, which should decrease the load on the circuit. He also recommended a complete home surge protection breaker on the outside of the house. I was provided with an estimate, and I said I would discuss it with my husband. Ron was extremely professional and I was very happy with the visit.
