We initially set up an appointment and I called the day of service to see when they would be out. I had to call three times before they gave me an answer and they ended up not showing so I decided to go with another provider.

Great! Ron, the technician, and his apprentice arrived promptly, were curteous and respectful of my privacy. They performed the services for which I contracted, plus removed a broken light bulb in one of my fixtures and reset a breaker to my AC unit (which was the REAL reason for my contact anyway). Ron provided me with a list of suggest upgrades for my 30 year old house, broken down in three areas by priority and gave me an estimate for contracted services for the work. I would definitely recommend Allgood and Ron to other customers and plan to take advantage of the estimates provided I can put together the necessary funding for t he jobs.

Exceptionally well. Jacob answered all my questions and even provided additional technical info on the surge protection. We had to cancel the first appt due to illness but Jacob readily rescheduled, arrived on time, calling beforehand, and completed all work ahead of schedule. All good is my permanent electrician. Very professional.

I called to ask for a very general idea of what it would cost to replace a GFCI, and change two other outlets into GFCI plugs vs regular plugs. I needed this general information to provide to an owner so that we could quickly determine if we would agree to do the repair (dealing with a home sale). The person on the phone refused to give any possible information about a price and said that we'd have to pay a $29 fee to have someone come look at it before we could get any idea of a price. I assured her that we would not hold them to a specific price, but just needed general information and I would call them back to do the work if it was accepted, but she said that was not possible. Frustrating.

Excellent job! The Electrician arrived on time and completed the job within the hour.

It went very, very well. I've used Allgood Electric twice before. I've always been impressed with their professionalism. If I have any problem in the future, I will definitely call them again. And I would recommend them to my friends in a heart beat.

They were real nice. They put it in and I haven't had any trouble with it. They came out pretty soon to do the work and I didn't have to wait very long. He was nice and professional and did what he came to do. He offered some good suggestions for future repairs on what I can do in the future. They went real smooth and I didn't have any problem with anything. It was a good price too. I've had someone else tell me a much higher price than they advertised and charged me.

A little pricy but they did a good job. I would recommend them.

Arrived on time, worked expertly, answered questions, completed tasks in timely manner. I would request him to do another electrical service call when I need that.

Was very impressed by the technician, Jacob Ortiz. He took his time, checked all of the potential problems inside the house, the garage, the attic and the outside main panel and A/C unit. The briefing at the end of his inspection was very detailed. He charted out the problem areas and addressed them individually as to their need and price. I asked for individual pricing on several items that had been grouped together and he was happy to oblige and noted those on the report. There has been no further contact which I very much appreciate so that I can take my time in evaluating what I need in the near future and down the line. What I really hate about most contractors is that they just can't seem to let the potential client alone. Thank you to Mr. Ortiz.

The electrician showed up on time, but didn't bring a 240V connector plate with him. He disconnected the plate from the garage and switched it with the blank cover plate in the hallway. The entire process took less than 15 mins, and didn't involve any additional wiring or materials. The total cost seemed unreasonable considering the amount of effort it required.

We were very pleased with them. They were great. We have a very old home and we had quite a bit of work to do and they did what they said they were going to do. They did a good job. They made us aware of things that they needed to make us aware of. They brought us up to code. They did a good job and at a reasonable price.

Good - Part needed ordered. It did take 3 appointments, because the wrong part was sent.

I was remodeling my home I had in Marion. I tore out walls and florescent lights, he reran the wiring and put in pot lights in the kitchen. He wired a light on my outside gate, he was fast, prompt and did an excellent job. Whenever I need electrical done, I will call him to do it. His prices are fair and sometimes negotiable depending on what he is doing.

From beginning to end, Kevin Pawson the technician was superb. He showed up on time and conducted himself in a very professional manner. I highly recommend his work and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

It was not that great. The deal was $49 but they charged me more because apparently they found so many things that needed fixing. I had a separate electrician come outside of that, and it was a completely different story. It seems they just wanted to take advantage of me.

Replaced GFI plugs and located cause of problem with main GFI. Very professional, very prompt, would not overcharge for services. Was very impressed and would definitely use them again. Very thorough in finding the cause of the problem.

I've had some good experience with them and I had a couple of not so good. They weren't my first choice. They showed up on time, courteous and professional.

A real professional job. Kevin is indeed a highly professional individual with very good customer relations approach. I was a little apprehensive about my 18 yr old electrical boxes with several added lines and sub panels. I'm much more confident that my electrical system is in good shape. Arrived on time and finished ahead of time.

They did it very, very well. It turned out beautifully. He knew his business very well. He had a very difficult man job to do but he was as good as we ever had. We have no complains, we didn't have to call him back. He's very good in making sure that all worked out and repairing the mail box area where we had this breaking out; he did all that very neatly. Everything he did went very good.

We had been having problems with electric switches in our new home. They came out right on time, were very professional and courteous. They checked all the switches and also checked into why our circuits were tripping all of the time. We were given estimates for both. Because the estimates seemed high we decided to go back to the home builder and have them come out to do the repairs. After our home builder did the work, the problems were gone so the company's analysis was correct. I would use them again for estimates but would shop around on pricing.

He came out but couldn’t perform the service until I got the box up to code. However, he was okay to deal with when he came out.

They answered the phone immediately and had a Mr. Tony Delgado here within the hour. He was very polite and professional and took all the extra steps to insure no future problems. I was also pleased to hear that the company hires Vets. I got a bid on two other jobs and will have them going over and doing some work for my mother-in-law. Highly recomended.
