Friendly service, fair price, willing to teach!

Very friendly father and son team who were both professional and prompt in fulfilling our requests to have our pool cleaned to get it ready to sell. They not only made the pool SPARKLING clean for a very fair price, but they offered advice in regards to listing our pool for sale (our pool's value, where to list, etc) and even spread the word about our pool for sale without us asking them to. We were very happy with the job they did and truly appreciated their honesty and above-and-beyond business practices.

Great job. Demolished old swimming pool in August 2009. It is now March 2010, no evidence a swimming pool was ever there.

Mr. Barr made prompt contact after request was submitted, less than 24 hrs. Professional in all conversation. Very knowledgeable and able to discuss all options, requirements, schedule and estimate over the phone / email. Texan Star has a friendly, capable staff. They were courteous, respectful of property, good clean up afterwards and did a great job. Chuck even called me the evening after the work was completed to check on things. I would recommend them to anyone. My entire process went from request submitted to job complete in 5 days!

Unfortunately, they were unable to fully inspect the pool with the pool motor being bad, but they discussed normal operation of the pool for me, and also helped try to troubleshoot another system as they could not work on the pool with the motor out. I would recommend them again.

very deticated in doing a good job

He called the same day I requested pool help. We set up a time that he could come out and he was here on time (the same day he called). He replaced the light bulb in the pool and the price was very reasonable. I thought the whole light fixture had to be replaced but when he took it out and looked at it, he said that the bulb had burned out which was a huge savings for me.

I made two previous calls to other pool service companies. Both blew off my request for service, promising to get back to me when it was no longer cold or raining. I should have called George to begin with, but felt he was probably tired of my paranoia of "a leak" in something in my pool. George called me bsck within one hour of my request. He not only answered my questions as to when he could come out but also walked my through some things to look for and simple repair if I did have a problem. Should I need any type of service in the future, I will not be calling anyone but George at Texan StarPools and Spa!!!!!!

They did a very good job and were prompt getting me worked into their schedule.

We have not completed the service, however the estimating of the project has been very well done. We look forward to starting the project soon. A contract has been signed.

EXCELLENT ! When I was first contacted by George Barr, I explained how I did not trust contractors, even a previous one from Service Magic. But George, has changed my mind. He was very professional, did an excellent job, and even though the job required additional time, and repair, and I requested an updated statement, he would not accept it. He advised, what he quoted, was the bill regardless of what occurred (plug for pump did not match my outlet). I would recommend Texan Star Pools any time.
