George was very knowledgeable and couteous. The only negative comment would be that the first team did not pick up their garbage, left some lunch sacks and empty plastic bottles. They also left bits of plaster on my driveway, which I swept up. Not a huge deal. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would recommend this company.

Mr. George figured out my problem with our pool electricity problem in less than five minutes, as well as quoted a very reasonable price to do the necessary services to our pool to get it ready for the summer. Even for maintaining the services was pretty reasonable.

I actually called out of concern of my liner condition and wasn't sure if patching was an option. We were very new to pool ownership. George Barr called and came by to do a walk through with myself and my son at that time and talked us through the necessary steps. Made a call to give us accuracy and even gave us info on other options. I had to prepare my kids for college and take them back, which is why my review was so tardy. However, I am looking forward to their services! They are truly very awesome, I cannot wait until they actually begin the work!! George came on time gave us information on the care of our pool and a few things that we needed. We got information about the monthly service, it was cheaper than what we were paying. The other pool company told us to keep it open for the winter but just stopped showing up. We have hired this Texan Star Pools.

We were very pleased with Texan Star Pools. We had our 30+ year old pool re-plastered - these guys worked hard, did a thorough job and kept our property clean. The cost was competitive and fair. Our pool looks brand new! Would definitely recommend giving George a call.

pool was not cleaned good and

I had an initial good feeling upon hiring Texan Star Pools & Spas. But then the problems kept piling up. They told me they had the stairs for the slide on order, it is still sitting there like they left it, the cover for the slide base missing. Paid for a light kit that is not able to work because of no power. Vinyl liner was replaced, but the seams at the pool started pulling out. They came and fixed it but still there was a small section that was not fully in, which I tried to push in but unsuccessful. Now there is water behind the liner and a month later still unable to get them to come out and even take a look. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
