"When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. "Went very well came at 6 o'clock in the morning finished in one day did a wonderful job. Replaced the entire ceiling and one bathroom and redid a wall in another that had water damage on the roof leak also replaced rotted studs in wall and remove tub.
