"After a recent rainstorm (major), we noticed a few small leaks in the ceiling sheetrock.  Checking the attic, we saw several vent pipes where water had entered the house and dripped onto the insulation and then to the sheetrock.  We signed up for the Angie's List Big Deal which included roof inspection and some routine maintenance activities.  When contacted by the front office of Roof Repair and Leak Experts, we quickly arranged an appointment which was scheduled 24 hours after the call.  The front office staff was courteous and professional and we were very pleased with the interaction.  Jeff Sanders came and did the inspection.  He took pictures of trouble areas and explained the process for the Big Deal, as well as any additional needed repairs.  His inspection was very thorough and complete.  He found the vent pipe issues that we knew about, plus some tree damage and ridgeline damage.  He had all the necessary equipment and supplies with him and quickly and expertly repaired all the problem areas.  We were pleased with his professionalism, his knowledge, and his competence.  His price was reasonable and we were very happy with the results.  We would call him again in a heartbeat and readily refer him to all of our friends and neighbors!
