NOCONA APPLIANCE

When my new washing machine was delivered Bob hooked everything up and filled it with water. There was a problem. He went back to the store to get a part. He was back within 30 minutes. Put on the new part and made sure it worked. He left. I put in a load of clothes. It would not stop agitating. I called the store. He was gone. I left a message about my problem. He called back within an hour. He brought another part out. My husband told him we did not want that machine. He took it back without a problem. Said he understood. I looked around over the weekend for another washer. I didn't find one I like better than the one I had picked out from Nocona Appliance. I called the store Monday morning and talked to Bob. He said there was a truck coming in the next day that would have another washer like the one I wanted. He could deliver it the next afternoon. The next afternoon just after lunch I had a new washing machine just like I wanted! It took a little time but it was worth the wait. Bob was always polite and understanding. He didn't get upset when we told him we didn't want the first washer since it already had to be worked on twice. He just loaded it up and left. No problem.
