If you looking for good quality, timely work without having to pay for the expensive big company or contractor pricing, you have found the guy. I have been in the construction field for 17 years with a 2 year break working as a firefighter/EMT. Some examples of the services I offer are porch/deck building and repair, underpinning, custom shutters, metal roofing, small metal buildings/shops, sheds, add ons, remodeling, siding, handicap ramps, dirt work, driveway repair, rustic barn tin ceilings/panels, pipe fences, welding services. If there is something you cant do chances are I can. 35 year old, christain, family man, father of 2.

The demo was quick, the install process was methodical; you could tell this wasnâ t Josephâ s first install. And the end result is nothing short of amazing! I understand I have to let the caulk set up fully before I can use the shower but it is sooo tempting to just jump in and enjoy! To say that Joseph went above and beyond is, as they say, an understatement. Even working alone, he was cheerful, jovial, and completely professional. "I hired Rodens painting to hang drywall, texture, install crown molding, base molding, and paint my house after a water pipe burst during the February 2021 freeze. We had an agreement for $25,900 in total work. I paid him $24,900 before he abandoned the job and have not heard from him since. He requires payment constantly because he does not have the capital to buy materials before beginning any part of the job. Work began on 10/21/2021 and the last check given to him was on 3/31/2022. He did not have much oversight with his employees during this time and as a result there was great variation in all the aspects of the work. Eventually he just abandoned the job in July 2022 after he stopped taking my calls. I gave up on him as I was disgusted with the quality of his work and decided to take a loss and have another contractor finish the work for an additional $8000. Problems were all over the scope of their work. There were visible drywall seams followed by terrible spray texturing of the walls which varied from very thick in some areas and normal in other areas (sometimes on the same stretch of wall). His employees did mediocre work with the crown molding. I though painting would be an easy process for his crew but they failed in that aspect as well. There were several walls that were not primed prior to being painted and this resulted in a very splotchy texture which looked terrible. They failed to properly cover some furniture with drop cloths and this resulted in primer being sprayed onto all different areas as well as on the furniture. Towards the end of the project, outlets were not even covered and spray texture and paint were applied directly over them. They did not even take the time to put painters tape over the outlets! Then, to top it off, he purchased paint from several different companies resulting in various shades of grey all over the house. There were at least 3 different paint brands used. Overall, I was very disappointed in almost every aspect of his work."

The main difference between a closet and a wardrobe is that a closet is a separate room for general storage with its own door, and a wardrobe can be either built-in or freestanding place to store clothing.   • A reach-in closet is a smaller closet that you can stand in front of and reach everything inside it. Aside from the size, the doors and the level of drywall finish are typically the largest price factors.  

  • A walk-in closet can be anything from a small 5-by-5 feet closet that has a narrow walkway with shelves on both sides to a 100 square foot bedroom-sized closet with shelving along the walls and plenty of room to move around in.

  • A built-in wardrobe often does not have a door and leaves the clothes and other contents open to the room, whereas a closet usually has a door to separate it from the rest of the room.
