"Mr. Ed Wise at E-Tex Foundation Repair in Gladewater, Tx (903-331-3278) said the procedure would take a total of three days, told me everything that needed to be done, and kept in touch.  He called the day before to tell me they were coming out the next morning.   He and the crew were very friendly, and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally.  After digging out four pier holes, they laid cement and left it to dry through the next day.  He called the next day and let me know when they were coming out on the third morning.  They arrived on time and jacked the slab to re-level and shimmed with solid concrete blocks and plate steel shims.  Ground areas that had been lost were filled in with dirt and well-packed, and concrete pieces and dirt stabilized my driveway.  Everything was cleaned up from the work area, and I was extremely happy with the results.  I would recommend this company of very friendly, very competent people to everyone I know.  With the work guaranteed (with a transferable warranty) for 30 years, I have nothing but the best to say about the people and the services rendered.  Excellent communication from Mr. Wise beginning with my first email to the company for a bid through the completion of the job!

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"Leonard and his team put in some long days of hard work and overall I was initially pleased with the quality of work. The broom finish was the main disappointment initially as it was sub-par and extremely sloppy compared to the rest of the work completed. Unfortunately within a few days of completion I discovered some major issues. The crew had damaged irrigation pipes and wires during the install process (which they knew existed) which caused major water leaks and my system not to work. After repeatedly trying to contact Leonard with no response, I was forced to hire another company to come make the costly repairs. The concrete job has also not held up. Less than 2 months after install, it has a huge crack in it running the entire depth of the patio. Extremely disappointing. Once again, no response from Leonard to address my concerns."
