"We started a DIY to replace a toilet. We saw the builder’s plumber did a bad job on the flange. No screws to hold it down but a lot of glue. We had 3 plumbers come in to review and give us their input/quote. John explained what he wld need to do. The quote was reasonable. Best part, he wld not need to bust up the tile or go underneath the foundation. We are very pleased with his work along with his apprentice. We will recommend and use them again. Thank you."

After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. French drains will help keep water away from your foundation to reduce the risk of leaking and structural damage from soil expansion, but depending on your foundation type and location, you might need other systems or techniques—like soil gradation and gutter and leader installation—to resolve the underlying problem.

In some circumstances, foundation refacing or repair may be a better option for your home than sealing a foundation. It’s always a good idea to take steps to prevent moisture problems in your foundation, but if there are any structural concerns, those will usually need to be fixed first.
