"Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached. "

I started thisu business back in 2019 because i don't approve of how most help centers have no clue how to diagnose or fix most computers. So i decided to go into business for myself doing what i know and love. What makes my company different from others is that we not only fix and repair computers, as it says in the name, we handle pretty much any service request you may have. It can be simple home task all the way to document prep and filing. So you name it and we can fix it.

THEY PUT THE WRONG PART ON MY AIRCONDITIONER AND REFUSSED TO COME BACK OUT AND REPLACE WITH THE PROPER PART. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE WORK WITH ANY WARRANTY. THEY JERKED ME AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO INSTALL A NEW BREAKER BOX OUT BY MY AIRCONDITIONER THAT BURNT UP BECAUSE OF THE WRONG BLOWER MOTOR THEY INSTALLED, IT SHOULD OF BEEN A TWO PHASE BLOWER AND THEY INSTALLED A SINGLE PHASE BLOWER. I TRIED TALKING WITH THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND PUT THE RIGHT BLOWER ON AND ALL I WAS BEING TOLD WAS THAT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO DO ANYMORE WORK FOR ME AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALL MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY THAT THEY WORKED FOR.
