"Carlos and his team did an amazing job building out my new fence and the new patio cover, as well as laying a concrete slab for the patio. Would highly recommend them. From his work, he's gotten two other jobs in the neighborhood."

Customers say: Quick response

"I was so thankful to have found someone willing and able to fix our greenhouse. He not only replaced rotten wood and put on new greenhouse roofing, but insulated it so nicely that I am finally able to not worry about the greenhouse falling apart and leaking! We love it. He also fixed the fancy door to the greenhouse that has never been able to close...until now. So happy, and he was a pleasure to have around the house. Will be calling again in the future for other projects and help. Thank you, H and K!"

"We live in Carrollton and got hit hard last July by a hail storm. After $13,000 damage to my husbands car, we knew we wanted a carport but not just any carport. We drove around until we saw a house that a gorgeous carport. They said they used Ross at Dynamo, said he did their carport, patio and also some interior work. I am so glad we stopped because Ross is such a professional and the work his company did was awesome. In fact, we liked it so much, we just had him back to do some repair work on our Gazebo. Our gazebo is amazing and we are beyond impressed!! You will also like his prices."

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Common materials include wood, vinyl, and metal. Wood offers a classic look, while vinyl and metal are low-maintenance options.

Fascia and soffits differ in their location and design, but fascia vents are the most popular alternative to soffits. These are a bit more hidden than soffits, but depending on the structure of your roof, they can cost more to install and maintain. They are also installed around the entire roof, whereas soffits can be placed only where you need them or, if the aesthetics bother you, somewhere out of sight.

The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

Using concrete footers is the best way to secure a gazebo on a deck without drilling. The weight of the footers is more likely to hold your gazebo in place than other methods. You can also pour concrete into flower pots to create an aesthetically pleasing concrete footer or use concrete columns to make a statement.
