"They were very professional and got the job done faster than we expected. They installed railings on both sides of our front steps and they look great. The welding and paint job are very smooth and we couldnâ t be more pleased. Tommy Garcia was very nice to work with and wanted to make sure we were happy with his work."

"My wife and I had Rick and Bordeaux Luxury Homes completely remodel our guest house last year (2019). We spent about three years trying to find a contractor who would either return our calls, see our house or provide a quote once they did see our house. Rick was the first contractor, of at least five, who contacted us, made an appointment, kept the appointment, and then followed up with a design plan and a quote. He was very good at explaining what to expect during the remodel process and providing remodel recommendations. Also, every Sunday throughout the remodel, he emailed us that weekâ s plan so that we knew what expect and which decisions we had to each week. We have an older home, about 75 years old, which needed extensive work both inside and out. We tried to maintain as much of the historic feel of the house while adding a modern, lighter, airier feel. Rick and his staff did that. Additionally, we had numerous special requests, e.g. replace a steel awning with an updated canvas awning, add an upstairs, screened-in deck, and retain but update the houseâ s wood/textured exterior, and Rick did a great job accomplishing those requests. We also had some unexpected obstacles arise during the remodel which Rick was able to work through. We originally didnâ t plan to replace the roof, but Rick found that we had a leak which would have caused future problems if not fixed. Rick has a pretty extensive team of subcontractors which made it easy to roll the reroofing into our existing remodel without delaying the overall project finish date. Overall, we are very happy with the remodel and feel that we now have a showcase guest house. Rick and staff exceeded our customer service expectations, gave and met realistic deadline expectations, and left us with a beautiful that weâ re proud to show off to guests."

"Good quality work done fast. Great job"

"Gregg was hired as the general contractor for our remodel. He is fair with his bid pricing, honest, dependable, and punctual. He did some custom work for us, building an awning and under-deck storage, among other things. All turned out well. We will definitely be using him in the future."

"These guys over at CJ welding are top notch. Colin takes great pride in his work and treats every project as he was building it for himself. Having him build me a custom flatbed for a 1/2 ton Chevy and he’s taken what I wanted and built right to it. He thinks about the customer’s needs but also suggests what he feels may be handy when in every day use. Highly recommend Colin and CJ welding and fab."

"We recently purchased a home that had solar panels purchased and installed from Aztec Renewable Energy. Our utility company notified us our panels were no longer sending information to them. We contacted Aztec, left a voice message, and they immediately returned our call and got the process rolling to remedy our problem. This being our first home with solar panels were had many questions. They were very kind and patient with us, explained the potential problems and cost of the potential project. This is our first contact with Aztec and it could not have gone better!"
