He totally remodeled a high dollar condominium that I was selling and did an amazing job which allowed the client to make top dollar. He also has done numerous small jobs at several other of my properties. In addition to doing great work at a very reasonable price, several of my female tenants have asked me to make sure Michael did the work because they told me he is very nice and is a handsome man whom they enjoyed looking at. I know that is not important, but thatâ ll give the ladies an extra benefit . The bottom line is, he does great work and is very reasonably priced"

Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. It was a HUGE job (picture is for a portion of only the top deck), with a lot of need for coordination, but they took it on at a very fair price and did an amazing job. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work. Special recognition to Travis, who went the extra mile and went out of his way to communicate with us in a timely and proactive fashion. I would highly recommend them for any size job you have."

"Mike and his team did a wonderful job on multiple things. They hung a beautiful, very heavy, pot rack in my kitchen. They added some shelves in my kitchen as well as fixed some plumbing and recaulked/remounted a very loose kitchen sink. They dug out all the old caulk around my windows, repaired them and repainted. He fixed all rotting wood around outside of house and up around the chimney and repainted. Mike is great at plumbing, electrical, woodwork, and can build fences as well. Always on time (if not... early) and works a full day. Extremely reliable and I highly recommend. We already have phase 2 of our work ready to go. Great job!"

"They installed beadboard on the walls of kitchen and dinette, reframed the windows, painted all the cabinets, walls, and trim. They subcontracted a plumber to install sink, countertops, light fixtures. They put up a beautiful backsplash all around my large kitchen. He put tile down on the floor around where my toilet was reset. He fixed my door that wouldn't close, He repaired a large crack in my bedroom wall, re-textured and painted it. You couldn't even tell where it was when he was through. They worked hard on an old shed by reroofing it. They put up new siding and built an extension to the overhang in my cattle pen for the cows to use. They cleaned out the shed and hauled all the trash off. They also cleaned out a tractor shed and hauled off all the trash. I cannot think of two other people who work as hard as they do. They are kind and considerate and care about their customers. I appreciate that their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them."
