Description of Work: Complete home inspection within option period on resale home purchase. As I currently live outside the area and am relocating, I made all of the arrangements over the phone. My inspection was scheduled and completed timely, within the option period. I received a detailed report via email with photos and descriptions of any deficient items. Brad even made a 2nd trip back to the home at no additional cost because the breaker box was locked. Brad was available to discuss over the phone and was very helpful. I used the Angie's list coupon that was available online and saved $15. Every little bit helps. I would definitely recommend Brad Leland Home inspections for prompt, professional service.
