Excellent. Brad was on time and appeared to be very thorough. He prepared our inspection report in the time he said he would (my recollection is same day or next day).

From the minute we called Brad and his wife Heidi to set up an inspection for a new construction home, we knew we were in good hands. They were very accommodating on appointment times, reasonably priced, prompt with getting the end product out, thorough in their work and very nice people on top of all that. They took the time to explain issues until we understood them and their report was so detailed and inclusive of pictures that the builder really had nothing to stand on and agreed to fix everything. The combination of this kind of courteousness and level of professionalism is hard to find in this business. We will be using them again for the Warrenty inspection and any other inspection needs we may have. If you read through their other reviews, you will see that a positive experience with this company is pretty much unanimous.

Brad & Heide arrived on time ready go to work.  Brad went over the house thoroughly and stopped to explain any questions we had.

He was very personable and helpful with the process. I received the inspection report via email the next day.

We had placed an offer on a house from out of state and wanted it to be inspected. Brad and his wife provided the most competitive rate and did a very thorough job. We were able to secure a time slot with them 2 days out and they returned the final report to us within 6 hours of completing the home inspection. Furthermore, they took a phone call on Memorial Day as that was the only weekend I could fly down to see the house myself during the option period. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend their services to others.

We were looking to purchase a rental property in Houston and needed to rely on the eyes of an inspector to look at the property for us.  Brad Leland and his staff were very professional, prompt and accommodated our schedule to get the property inspected on time.  Brad's report was very thorough and provided the detailed information we needed to make a good decision on the property.  We will certainly utilize their service on future inspections.

Excellent, Brad was punctual, friendly and professional - he found several items the builder missed (which is normal these days) and we had the builder (Highland) correct. To Highland's credit, they were aware of most items and fixed them all quickly with no argument.
With so much residential construction happening in the Houston area, it is incumbent on homeowners to make sure everything is constructed/installed correctly on their home. I learned a lot from my three inspections with Brad, and the amount I paid him I considered an excellent investment to avoiding future issues with my home.
I would use Brad again, and would definitely recommend him to others.

I was hesitant to get a home inspection on a new home. But decided it was a good thing to do. Brad and Heidi showed up on time. They encouraged interaction with me, and were very easy to talk with. Their inspection definitely made the walk through with the builder easy, and as it was a professional inspection, the builder agreed to make almost all of the corrections, and many of the corrections I would not have known about had I not called Brad.

Couldn't have been happier with their services. They were very easy to work with. Brad and Heidi were very through and professional in their inspection. We had the full report with pictures the very next day. We looked at several inspectors on Angie's list, but what led us to pick Brad's services were the reviews we looked at. They were easily approachable, and even after the inspection, they were always willing to help answer any questions we had. I also appreciated the fact that there were a few issues the builder didn't seem to want to fix, but Brad and Heidi were very firm and didn't budge from their position. We will definitely be calling them again for the one year warranty inspection.

I received a call within minutes of sceduling an appointment on-line. I am planning to do some repairs and remodeling and wanted to make sure I had a complete list of things to take care of. The inspection was thorough and Brad took the time to explain the defects he had found. Prompt, friendly, thorough, and I though price was reasonable compared to other posted fees for similar service.
