Great, I hired them to do weekly pool service, if that goes as well as the initial visit I will be extremely satisfied.

Called Diamond Pools on Friday and scheduled appointment for an estimate the following day. Carlos arrived within the promised time slot and provided an immediate estimate, even offering to complete the job that afternoon. Despite encountering signifigant concerns with the existing wiring resulting in delaying comlpetion of work until the next morning, Carlos stayed on budget and provided a quality craftsman installation. Calling a "pool guy" and having an owner operator with an engineering degree and 20+ years of work experience arrive is an unexpected and welcome suprise, and I will certainly call Diamond Pools first for any further pool service needs.

Good. Tech showed up on time, needed some additional materials and then left for a while. Then he returned and completed the job quickly.

Carlos came over to inspect my pool and provide a quote for monthly cleaning, repair of pool heater and blower, and resuficeing my pool deck. The estamate for all services were in line with the other estamates I recieved (except one other estamate for the deck reserfice). I just have to decide weather to go with a cheeper service or go with Carlos. I feel if I go with Carlos the job will be done to my satisfaction for the quoted price. I think he is the type of person that will go above and beyond to perform any task.

Carlos responded quickly and his crew did a good job of getting our pool back in order. We are using his company to do our weekly maintenance and are happy with his quality of service and pricing.

We employ Carlos at Diamond Pool Service to maintain our pool. He comes by on a weekly basis to clean it and adjust the chemicals. He always does a great job and the pool is always clean (we have an especially difficult pool that is surrounded by trees and covered with a safety net). We also used Carlos at our previous home to clean up a green pool. He drained and acid washed the pool and had it back to sparkling in a matter of days. We have had a few small unexpected / unapproved charges along the way, but overall we would still highly recommend him. His pricing is very fair, and he really seems to know what he is doing.

Diamond Pools (Carlos Pizarro) has been maintaining our pool since the fall of 2009 and he does an excellent job. He is conscientious and has a strong work ethic. He is the type of person you can trust to give you the straight story and not gouge you when repairs need to be made. I have found all his pricing to be fair. Plus, he's an all-around nice guy!

Diamond Pools provides very good service. When repairs are needed they do an excellent job also. The water is always crystal clear.

We have used this company in the past for repairs and use thme regiuraly for maintance. The are a great company to work with.
