My pool is always clean and chemicals are perfect. Using them is a lot less expensive when I was buying product trying to keep the pool clean by myself. The water is crystal clear all year around. I pay a reasonable monthly fee and they come once a week. They are prompt in returning calls. The owner, Carlos, and his employees are so respectful. I have recommended them to several people who are just as pleased with them as I am.

Arrived on time. Work done quickly at estimated price. Would use again.

They cleaned and acid etched pool, replaced pumps and valves. They also do a monthly pool service for me. They have done a good job! I continue to use them today! Price is average.

Super service and David explained everything in detail. Will use them for any of our pool needs.

I called them fairly late in the day and they scheduled me for the following day. Received call from David, the technician, while he was on site. He clearly described the issue and what he had done to correct the problem. He was extremely professional and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service. I've bounced back and forth between pool service companies over the past several yrs, and It appears I've found a keeper. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The entire experience was excellent. Carlos took my call immediately and discussed my potentially in-ground clogged drain lines that had been diagnosed by another pool service company. He discussed pricing and scheduling within two days. Since freezing weather was forecasted in the next 48 hours, I asked Carlos what actions I could take to safeguard the non-operational pool equipment. He gave tips and said a technician would call me when they could come out. To my delight within 30 minutes, the service technician, Dave, called to say he could come out right then (about 5 pm). Dave arrived promptly, listened to my situation and diagnosis from the other pool company. He checked each piece of equipment and within a few minutes identified an o-ring seal on the main pump was the problem NOT a clogged drain. He also identified other leakage points that would need to be addressed. He was courteous, empathic to my saga with the other pool service company, and technically competent to look at and repair the whole equipment situation. The urgent repairs were completed the same evening! Future areas to watch and pool care tips were also discussed. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

I contacted Diamond pools during this last summer and signed a contract to maintain our pool. The weekly service has been great and we were able to enjoy our pool without any issues this year. I also had diamond clean and service our hot tub and have been enjoying that as well. We really appreciate Brian's (our assigned tech) weekly maintenance and his updates if additional items need attention. We look forward to continued use of Diamond's services.

I have an inground pool and a 1.5 hp pump which had quit working. It would hum when turned on but would not pump. Because there is a lot of turnover in the pool service industry, and it had been several years since I needed service, I looked at Angies list to see who had the best current ratings (no...this is not an ad for Angie's List - but fact is that we rely on them a lot in situations like this). Diamond was at the top of the list and happened to also be located in my town, Keller. I called and spoke to Carlos. I described the problem, Carlos asked me to give him specs on the pump and send pic if possible so I did both. Carlos promised to have someone out the next day. I got a call from service man when he was 45 mins away. When he showed up, his name is David, I recognized him as someone we had used several times years ago but had lost track of. Because we had been very happy with how we were treated by David in the past, we were happy to have found him again. David said problem could be one of several. Least difficult/expensive would be faulty capacitor and most expensive would be needing to replace pump. He tested it and found that the capacitor was bad so we replaced that and now it works like a peach. It was quick, easy and less expensive than I had feared it might be. And, importantly, we got the pump back on line to combat the algae which was already beginning to grow in the stagnant water.

Carlos had replaced a Polaris pump for me a year earlier on a moments notice, he did excellent work and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else on this bigger project. He and I went back and forth via e-mail working out the exact configuration I wanted and settled on the equipment. I was in a hurry and he did his very best to accommodate me. David came out on a Friday afternoon for the installation and did a beautiful job plus made sure I was comfortable with the new operation before he left.

Diamond offers a complete program for pool service and maintenance, yet Carlos was concerned about my particular needs and worked with me to get the right amount of service for my pool. My service representative (Bryan), was given my preplanned service requirments in advance of his first call. All went smooth from start to finish. Bryan was very professional and willing to discuss any concerns about pool sanitation and maintenance. No annual contract is required and they use an easy billing system for monthly payments.

The provider was involved from the beginning and was prompt with the bid and recommendations. We were able to come to terms and our early confidence in Carlos allowed us to move quickly. What we did not realize is that Diamond Pools subcontracted the entire deal out to a another group that did all of the work. We made it clear that communication and engagement were expected from DP and Carlos indicated he would provide regular updates so we would always know what was going on. We only saw Carlos when he picked up his first check and the last check. He never checked the work or the job. We became the contractors having to manage the work and call him to fix issues that he should've handled. When the determination was made that my sauna had to have $350 of additional modifications he never came by to handle or look at the situation. Fortunately the subs were capable and professional and we handled it. My property was not treated poorly but on multiple occasions we had to call Carlos to address trash, debris and clutter left on and around our property. The job was finished on time and our pool looks beautiful, but it had very little to do with Diamond Pools. We paid additional funds for solutions to problems they created. We paid for a leak detection and our pool still leaks. We knew this was going to be a problem when i asked Carlos if the leak was repaired now that the job was complete and water is pouring into the pool. Carlos looked at his subcontractor and me and said he did not know..." was it?". At this point we decided to cut ties with DP. We have gone to another service to handle this leak due to the lack of confidence in Diamond pools. We liked Carlos and he was extremely nice to us. Our pool is great and we receive compliments all the time. The bottom line is they are a good pool service company...but not a pool design company. If you choose to use DP you should ask for more from them and be very engaged in the process. In time they may improve and we wish Carlos well and success.

For about 2 weeks, my Polaris 280 cleaner had been tying itself in knots several times per day. Then one day it just stopped moving at all. I called Diamond Pools, and they had someone out to my house the very same day to pick up the cleaner. Carlos called me that day or the next day to tell me what was wrong (needed a new drive shaft and some new turbine and wheel bearings). He gave me an approximate cost for the repair. The repair was completed within a couple of days and they brought it back to my house and hooked it back up. They also adjusted the positioning on some my floats and tested the swivels on the hose. The cleaner actually tied itself into a knot again that same day, and when I called Carlos he suggested I test out the blue/red disks in the quick connect to adjust the pressure. This worked just as he said, and I haven't had any problems since then. I would highly recommend Diamond Pools for any pool services or repairs. They were extremely quick to get my repair done and now it is working great.

They were extremely prompt and very knowledgeable. Their pricing is very fair.

We just bought home with pool and wanting some training on maintenance "Pool School" as he calls it. Had appt for Sat between 8-10am....NO SHOWED, I left voice mail asking where Brian was. He returned my call and Brian FORGOT said would be coming right away, told to forget it. I hired someone else

All went well. We had several choices on price and which light to use. We were definitely pleased with all aspects of this company, and will definitely use in the future. We were also giving ideas of how to make our pool run more efficiently. This company seems to have integrity and desire to help the customer with their pool needs. Thanks!

I had had the same company servicing the chemicals in my pool for 12 years. It hadn't been a great partnership since they performed no repairs, which my pool needed badly. Finally, I switched to Diamond Pools that so far has shown that they will do whatever is necessary to keep my pool looking good. In the very brief time since I hired Diamond Pools, my pool is looking better now than it has in years! The monthly charge has increased, but that's a small issue since my pool is actually usable now. I'm especially happy that Diamond Pools is located in Keller. It's still early in our business relationship, but everything I've seen from this company has been effective and professional. I wish I had made the switch to Diamond Pools years ago. Diamond Pools is the one-stop shopping company I have wanted for my pool for a long time.

Carlos went over the entire system with me, telling me what needed to be replaced, and even the make and model of equipment he recommended (since I tend to be a do-it-yourselfer). Most contractors lose patience with you when they think you're trying to get information to do things yourself, but Carlos had no problem with this. That alone, made me realize that he's a great business man - he takes the long-term approach to create and maintain relationships that may generate future business. The main pool motor and pump were frozen from a lack of use, and he took the time to get them working again. Other contractors might have flipped the switch to the pump, heard the humming sound, and said, "you need a new pump and motor assembly". Bear in mind, this is an $800 part. I could go on about how thorough, patient, and knowledgeable Carlos is, but I think it says it all, that I will be using his company for as long as I own a pool. I intend to do some costly renovations to the pool and deck, and would not hesitate to have him do that work, as well. I believe his pricing will be competitive, but more importantly, I know it will be done right and that he will stand behind his work.

I have been with Diamond Pools, Inc. now for about six months. It has been an experience, both good and bad. Good because the owner, Carlos, has gone above and beyond to accomodate my needs with the pool. First I bought a house that has a pool with a liner. It was difficult to find someone who would service it (most do not service pools with liners). Second it was my first house with a pool so I had no idea what to expect work and cost wise. Third, I am partialy disabled and so cleaning the pool myself was not even a thought! Through Angies List I finally found Carlos and his company. His company is not even close to where I live, but he said he serviced some pools in my area so he accepted to come and check it out. Carlos has been very honest and up-front with me. When I have been unhappy with the results of the service I am able to call him and he takes care of it immediately. His crew keep my pool clean, shiny and looking very nice. They are very careful with everything and pickup after themselves so I don't even know they were there. At first that worried me because I would think How do I know they actually came, but the pool and any thing that needs to be fixed is done so in a timely manner. The crew that comes have been professional and very kind. I highly recommend their service.

Once a week they clean my pools. They vacuum, brush the sides, get leaves out of the pool, check and add chemicals as needed and check the equipment .

Called Carlos on 10/30/2012 for an estimate for 1)broken light, 2)air leak in the system, 3)crack repair, 4) filter clean. He came out on 11/1/2012 as I requested and broke down my system to diagnose all the problems. He was very educational with me as well. He gave me an estimate and he and his people came back the next day and Fixed the light, he also moved the light switch across the yard from a flower bed where it was hard to get to, to the post of the timer box near my equipment, he replaced all the gaskets in the pump, backwash valve and light, and he backwashed the filter. The crack was a little more complicated, but he got me the BID for that within a week and we have an appointment for that to be fixed on 11/27/2012. He could have done it sooner, but my schedule did not fit his. I have never had a pleasant experience with a pool company and I decided to give Angies list a try. So far I am not disappointed. Thank you Angie for the service you provide. Thanks you Carlos you are a true professional. I will let you all know how the crack repair goes.

This company provides weekly pool service for me and my pool has never ever looked better!!!! The only thing I ever do is just add water. My life is now so much easier now that I dont even have to think about the pool. I no longer have to check or add chemicals. Which also means I have no chemicals on my property stored. Simply stated, but not simply done.......MY POOL HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER, NEVER CLEANER, NEVER CLEARER!! They make pool ownership easy....now all I do is swim..... Thank You Diamond Pool. I get their bill by email once a month and I put a check out on the equipment for pick up. They service my pool every friday....I think....cause I never see them or hear them...but I know they come cause my pool and equipment work like a dream and looks great. So much better than my last pool company.

Carlos was very professional and friendly. He came out on Friday started working on the spots of black algae I had they look almost gone after the first visit. He fixed my Polaris, and cleaned my saltwater cell. He did all that in just a couple of hours and said I could have my pool party on Saturday. I am very pleased with everything he has done so far. He will be coming back weekly. Thanks angie for helping me find him.

My first visit with Diamond went well, good enough to hire him for ongoing service. Carlos Pizarro, the owner, seems to handle all of the service calls personally, which is a good feeling. He's quick to answer his phone, is available to discuss service on the weekends, and is quick to return calls. All "A"s, in my book. He was punctual and followed through on his word to come out and service my pool. We had actually agreed initially that he might have to charge more than his base rate, because I was running low on salt and chlorine. To my surprise, however, Carlos told me that he would keep it at the base rate. Whether that was because my pool truly did NOT need more, or because he was just trying to deliver nice customer service...the fact was, that he could have upcharged me, but didn't. I was especially appreciative of his friendly, professional service and his honest behavior. As Diamond continues to provide me with ongoing service over the summer, I hope that I can report back and write another review!

This vendor after, 1 yr of service and over $6K in billing, stole a major component ( booster pump) for a dispute over a $200 bill.I would never recommend this vendor to another. They are not trustworthy
