Promised to come as close to 9:00 as possible for review and estimate since I had to go to work. No show and no call. I did get a call back about 10:30 after I called the office. I was told they had an emergency at a water park. I would have understood and rescheduled, but no call is not accesptable. They are off my list as per other reviews this has happened before.

Owner is always very responsive and always seems to fix any pool pump problems with minimal or reasonable cost.

Set up two appointments, didnt show for either one. Called 30 minutes late on the first one to reschedule, didnt show or call for the second appointment. moving on....

The technician, David, arrived on time as promised and did the work necessary. He made a couple of suggestions which helped the pool lines function properly. This was probably the 5th or 6th time I have used Diamond Pools Inc. / Carlos Pizarro. I have been pleased every time. This specific job was done while I was not home. Because I didn't understand the new system, David was more than willing to come back out and show me how to work the new pump....at no extra charge. I am very pleased with Diamond Pools and will continue to use them and recommend to fellow pool owners.

Even though we went with the home warranty company, Diamond Pools called and offered us service in the future. They seem very customer oriented. I was impressed by their call.

He was polite, and waisted no time in getting the job done efficiently.

Diamond Pool Owner, Carlos Pizarro, is a pleasure to do business with. Their service was always on time and professionally done, usually by John. This is the first year that pool service has been absolutely reliable and all issues addressed promptly. We will definitely use this company for service again in 2015.

They actually do a good job. I use them all the time. I pay $110 a week. They provide the same service as everyone else at the same price. They are dependable.

My pool was out of control and completely useless. Diamond Pools came in the spring and drained the pool then did a power wash and acid wash to clean it up. I an my now in month 3 of their monthly service and my pool is incredible. It is the best it has ever been and better than most any pool I see.

Diamond Pool Inc, installed a new pool pump motor to replace the one that was broken. Contacted Diamond Pool and next day they performed the work. During summer pool companies are very busy, but Diamond pool made it happen very quickly. Excellent quality and service performed by great professionals. Best service cost I found and better yet, service cost was cheaper than the estimation. I strongly recommend Diamond pool. Roberto

They did a really nice job cleaning up the pool. They assessed other problems we had with it and gave us an estimate for it. It seemed like a reasonable price. They were doing most of the conversation with my husband but it seemed like he was getting all the information he needed from them and they were contacting him about everything. They came out the exact date they said they would come out.

Received several quotes. Diamond Pools was the best. They came in and quickly diagnosed the problem. Be sure to request the pool tech. David. Was very thorough and took the time to explain the problem and the solution. We will definitely use Diamond Pools for all our future pool needs

Diamond Pool Service has done an excellent job for us from beginning to end. We've worked with Carlos Pizarro, the owner, for the last 2-3 years. His prices are reasonable, he and his staff are reliable, professional and friendly, and do high quality work. Diamond generally contracts for monthly cleaning at about $140 a month for 4 cleanings. They are flexible about reducing visits during the off-season. They are also very responsive, returning phone calls and e-mails within a couple of hours. I rarely contract for services for an extended period of time. I tend to be selective, and I don't have patience for unprofessional behavior or poor quality work. I am happy to say that Carlos and Diamond Pools are top-notch, and would recommend them to anyone looking for pool service.

Highly reliable. Always followed through, even with odd and persistent problems. He and his staff were very responsive and pleasant to work with. While we have moved, we will hire Carlos again as soon as our new pool is completed. He is one of the finest service providers i have every worked with. If you are having problems, call Carlos.

They do an excellent job and alert us to any problems with our equipment or parts. Recently advised that we had a part that was close to failure, gave us a quote to repair the product and came in under the quote. We will continue to use their services and will strongly recommend their company to anyone looking for a partner to take care of their pool.

This is the second time utilizing the Angie's List service, and much to my dismay, in neither case were the services or providers acceptable. In the case with Diamond Pools, I began their service in mid-November and terminated their services in mid-January. Our pool was a mess and we had to contact Texas Fiberglass Pools, whom renovated our pool this past summer, to correct the problems. All surfaces were covered in a green stain that required a special chemical treatment to remove. We incurred an additional cost to have this done. The stains were a result of incorrect chemical balance, inconsistent service, and failure to backwash the pool. We have a fiberglass pool which requires a different chemical maintenance, along with lots of trees that makes our pool high maintenance. All of this was discussed upon the implementation of their services. Fortunately, for us, Texas Fiberglass Pools has now taken over our monthly service. I urge those of you shopping for a new pool service to choose a service provider very carefully, otherwise, you too, could have the same or similar issues.
