Description of Work: The techs inspected water quality and my equipment. They added a bunch of chemicals which by the next day reulted in excellent water clarity. They also brushed the pool sides. The next day they cleaned up the DE filter and repaired a situation with the chlorine injector. We are quite happy with their work.

Description of Work: We had called another pool service we've used in the past. They could not come out for a week. They called the day they were supposed to come and said the technician had called in sick, so they couldn't come until the following week. Someone finally came out, wrongly diagnosed the problem, and left without fixing anything or calling to discuss with us. |We found Diamond Pools on Angie's List and decided to give them a call. They came out the same afternoon we called and fixed the pool. We have not received the bill yet, so I cannot comment on the price. We will definitely use Diamond Pools again!

Description of Work: Re-plastered pool. Did not get the plaster with color that we ordered, but got a price reduction. Now working through plaster staining issue. Owner is showing commitment to make it right, but would have been better to be right the first time.

Description of Work: One of the pumps on my pool was freezing up from the cold. I called Diamond pools and they were able to come out immediately, they got the pump running. They also informed me of the reason it was icing up.

Description of Work: I had some water leaks and air leaks in and around the primary and pool vaccuum pumps. Carlos responded in a day or so to find/repair those leads and went steps further to re-do other connections to prevent further leaks.

Description of Work: I have an 11 year old gunite pool with several cracks and a light that did not work. I received three bids. All three were competitive, yet the lack of follow-up from two other pool companies made the decision easy. The bid process was very easy in an effort to compare the different bids. I selected and upgraded plaster with a switch from older 3 inch tiles to 6 inch tiles. The crew arrived promptly and was meticulous in the job. One of the projects was to remove the filter and associated equipment to repour the slab and reinstall the equipment. They did a great job in that area as well. The biggest challenge was repairing the light. The final root cause was the replacement of the lightbulb and all of the wiring back to the box. There were two cracks that were repaired as well. Carlos has been referred to at least one friend and he has a great job for them also. I would recommend Carlos for a large or small job.
