Jerry Rocks!!! This guy can do everything pools in his sleep. So experienced. Remarkable knowledge base. His work ethic, Jerry goes above and beyond to get it done. On a Friday afternoon when everyone is sneaking out of the office to start their weekends. Jerry came with solution and fixed my equipment. I first met him when he did the install / start up / pool school last summer. Even after the job is done. He still providing great services. Thanks Jerry.

Talk about going above and beyond! Kept in constant contact via text and provided a warm greeting. Simplified instructions and gave 1-2 steps in "how to"when working the new system. Even did trial run with me to make sure I felt comfortable with the process. This is who you need on your side!

As a new pool owner, I have been concerned about being able to maintain the pool on my own. I had called a few places and was not happy with the communication over the phone. However, Jerry was very warm and genuine and was very flexible with my schedule. When Jerry showed up, he removed my worries and concerns. He was transparent and allowed me to watch everything from start to finish on the new configuration of our pool. When it came time to understand what was needed for the pool to run and operate, he was honest, straightforward, and very down-to-earth. Jerry clearly articulates exactly what he is doing and what the ideal configuration for the pool should be from the start. He went over in detail each area of the pool and its use, as well as exactly what needed to be done to maintain the pool. He provided detailed instructions on what I needed to do on a weekly, monthly as well as quarterly basis. Jerry has given me peace of mind knowing that I can maintain and manage this pool.
