Jerry came to our house to teach us how to us our poolâ s equipment. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about pool maintenance. Jerry took his time explaining everything we needed to know in a patient and helpful manner.

First off I want to start by saying Sapphire Pools took all the worry and stress out of being a new pool owner , Jerry was a professional who had every answer to all my questions and made it easy to understand and know what to expect from owning and maintaining a pool . He came out got my equipment going and gave me a Pool School education by simplifying all the equipment and its functions! Jerry was very clear in his explanations so dos and donts He took all the worry out of how to handle the chemicals and what I needed and didnt need . Jerry is a straight shooter. He will not try to upsell you things you donâ t need. He replaced my old pump with a new one today. Jerri is very professional and upfront. He was upfront with me from day one when we had pool school and I knew then I wanted him to service my pool. I was scared when he told me there was a l wait list, but I knew he was top notch with all the customers he had.
