He was very thorough in explaining how to maintain the pool and also his personality interacting with customers is a plus. I felt his knowledge was very good on maintaining the pool, how it works and how to best maintain it. He is very courteous.

I will be using them again!

Jerry was great! very knowledgeable and very patient with customers like me, who have no clue about pool maintenance and pool chemistry. And very helpful and quick at responding to any issues via call or text.

This Company was assigned warranty work from the manufacturer. Not sure why they picked Sapphire given there are many larger and legitimate companies in the Austin area. Jerald contacted me 2/11/20 to tell me he was getting a part from the manufacturer, which he received 2/18/20 per Hayward. He then never called me, never returned my calls (often mailbox was full) from 2/26, 3/2, 3/22, and today 4/27. Gave him a nice message about providing a Home Advisor review since his service is questionable to say the least and wow - did get a message. Pretty much told me he was real busy and have a nice day. Really odd Hayward picked this firm for work. Now I get to go back to Hayward to get a new part and a new vendor in Austin. I realize people are busy but 2 months with no communication when you already have the part from the manufacturer is ridiculous. To replace the board takes about 15 minutes (I have done the work myself on previous part failure) for a $125 fee seems like a generous billing rate. Beware when contracting with this firm and by all means hold your money until final work is done.

After hearing from Jerry he was at my house within an hour and the problem was fixed within a half hour of being there. He went above and beyond to help and be informative beyond fixing my problem.

He acted my concerns were very important, validated everything I was saying and worked toward making it right. He also gave me his cell phone and said to call him with any concerns and he would talk me through it over the phone.

Jerry is a very nice young man but I believe I might be his first customer to use his power washing business. My hardi plank is damaged with the the hot water he used but he says he will come back and paint. His bid was the highest of 3 bids I received but I gave him the job because he led me to believe he had the best equipment and could handle the job. He estimated the job would take 2 days and he was here for 5 days and job is still not complete. I sent him a professional bid that was from a competitor which totaled $1000 and his was $2000. He came down to $1600 which included my fence($250 est). Competitive bid was top to bottom everything included, windows and screens. When jerry said he was finished he said the windows and screens were not included or to have been removed which I removed myself. He didn't want to clean the screens but had I not removed them, cleaning the bottom of window seals would have been impossible. All the junk would have collected at the bottom of the windows between the screens and window. I asked him to clean the outside screened in porch which has a concrete floor and is attached to my house and has the same hardi plank siding. When I returned home this had not been done. In addition, all the junk from washing the walls had blown into my screened in porch which is filthy with debris, the screen, the walls and ledges and floor. Also all the debris from the roof and walls is now on my patio surrounding the pool. I called him this morning to discuss the situation because he had previously told me numerous times that he would come back until I was satisfied. On Friday when my husband paid him he said he was returning on Monday. Today is Monday and he hasn't returned my call or shown up and it is noon. He does have a problem with time management because on three different days he was 4 hours late on arriving when he said he would be here. I hate leaving this review and I willing gladly revise if he can make things right and live up to his word. Well, I am changing his rating to a ONE because when he was scheduled to return he didn't show up or call to let me know he had a family emergency. He was scheduled to show up around 9:30 AM and he called to say he was on his way and an hour away. He never showed up or called and I was very worried he was in an accident. I had to find his wife on facebook and send her a message that I was worried. He then immediately texted me to say he ruined his phone dealing with an emergency. I now have to pay a painter to fix my hardeeplank ($200) and have my house properly washed with chemicals and not hot water. I have many areas where the mold and mildew wasn't removed. Once again, I wasted money and was lied too by a contractor!

Jerald quickly and routinely worked on my pool following the Harvey flooding when my regular provider was disabled. He was knowledgeable and energetic, and immediately began a plan for machine recovery and sanitation.
