After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. I would use Aaron and Hager Plumbing (new business name soon to be "Eager Plumbing") for future plumbing needs."

"I needed some sprinkler work done. The two gentlemen that came out were professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. They were able to complete part of the task. They were asked to repair a leak and provide some sprinkler cover lids. They repaired the leak but did not provide the sprinkler cover lids. Furthermore, I was billed for 1 hour of service while they went to get supplies. After speaking to a manager, I was told they charge for the time they are running to get supplies. Perhaps I am old-fashioned, but 30 years ago, we did not charge our clients if we did not bring the correct supplies. I am glad it only took an hour for them to go to Home Depot and come back or else I could have been charged more."
