The next day, Charles was able to come to repair and re-weld the fork on my tractor. I was impressed with his attention to doing the job well as he carefully cleaned and removed all flux before starting the next weld in order to have metal on metal. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
