Description of Work: Most of the work was done as promised and on schedule. There was a pool light that had to be replaced. A trench had to be dug from the pool to the electrical drop. The pool light work was done well, but when it came time to repair the ground, they did a horrible job. I had to complain in order to get someone to come back out and do the job correctly. Finally, the last step was to apply the mastic (caulk filler between pool and deck). We were told it would be done on a particular date. That day came and went and no one show up. We contacted the company. The salesman was unaware of the missed job and rescheduled a new date. That day also came and went without anyone showing up to do the mastic. So we contacted the salesman again, and again, he was unaware of the missed job. Finally, on the third attempt, they finished the job and applied the mastic.
