Express Pool Plastering

Description of Work: Express pools replastered, retiled and recoped my pool. They were very professional. I was pleased with the communication and timeliness of everyone involved. There was one concern that I had with the work after it was completed. There was a gap around the entire pool between the coping and the cool deck. I inquired about the gap and they said that it needed to be filled with a joint compound. They said it would be an additional cost but after talking it through with Marisol she agreed to absorb the cost. I was happy with the work done and the company overall. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Participated in 3 company bid for re-tile and replaster a 30,000gal pool. They were very professional, prompt with their bid and ready to do the work. I would ask them to work for me again on the next job. Veronica and Julio were standout professionals from Express that worked with me. A very good experience on the bidding side before work started.

Description of Work: This family runs an incredibly responsible and caring business. All went the way they said and they plastered our large spa.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate on having our pool area remodeled. However, we decided to wait until fall to have the work done. We have not decided on whether or not we will use Express Pool Plastering to do the work.

Description of Work: Completely replastered and replaced waterline tile in approx. 20,000 gallon pool. The Stonescape finish and new tile look great. About 3-4 days start to finish. Veronica and Marisol in the office were very accommodating and easy to work with, and the crew worked hard. Everything was cleaned up well when they left. Recommend using Omar, who they recommended, for the 5-day startup. Very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Drained, acid washed, chipped and resurfaced pool and spa. Replaced pool and spa lights however that work was performed by a contractor the recommended. I was not impressed with his work and feel the additional fee charged was grossly inflated. The 2 crews from Express were awesome.

Description of Work: Clean and resurface inground pool. The Estimate, price and service was all as promised. Cost was reasonable for high quality and punctual service. Did not bill me for service in quote they determined wasn't necessary.

Description of Work: Express Pool Plastering added a layer of plaster to my concrete brick koi pond. I've had this pond for 25 years, and it has always leaked a little bit. EPP were very professional and helpful, both on the pre-bid visit where they recommended an upgrade which mitigated some of the concerns that I had, and on the actual installation. They made no mess, were able to work around the mess that we'd made preparing our pond, and cleaned up after themselves very well. They were very pleasant people with which to work. I originally interviewed them because they were rated "A" on Angie's List, and I can see why (and I'm happy to reaffirm their rating).

Description of Work: Express Pool did an excellent job on the replaster/retile of our quartz pool. It is beautiful and better than new! They were the most reasonable, patient and professional company we interviewed. Work was done exactly as promised and on time!
