+ -1 moreI thought that they were very punctual, which is important because no one wants to be without a TV. They are helpful. They explained what the problem was and the TV has worked every since that time. They are trustworthy and don't try to fix what doesn't need to be fixed. They left no mess, and took care of the problem right the first time.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE GUY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED BEFORE HAND TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING AND CAME RIGHT OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE DIDNT DO MORE THAN WAS REQUIRED.
