On 6/23/2015 we purchased a microwave and a refrigerator for our office. The purchase was paid by credit card, delivery of both items and pick up of an old refrigerator at our office went smoothly. Several weeks after the purchases, we noticed the refrigerator was not cooling properly. We also noticed the freezer was not freezing properly and water was beginning to leak down into the refrigerator. We called our salesman at Conn's today (8/10/2015) and he gave us the number of the repair department and stated it if it could not be repaired, it would be replaced. We called the repair department and were told that because the unit was in an office building, and not a residence, that repairs would not be done. We asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the same thing. We called the ?800? number for ?100% Customer Satisfaction Help Line? and told the same thing. They said if the appliances were at a residence, they would handle the repair but since they were not, we had to deal directly with the manufacturer and they (Conn?s) were not responsible for any assistance, nor would they even provide a phone number. They had absolutely no problem delivering the appliances to an office and they certainly never said anything about appliances not being ?allowed? to go to an office if a problem ever came up or if follow up was needed. Over the years we have personally bought many appliances etc. from Conn?s but we will never again consider purchasing anything from this chain of stores again nor would we ever consider recommending them to anyone.
