 + -1 moreI purchased a used mis-matched washer and dryer from this dealer. It was an emergency and the units were delivered that day. After installation, the washer did not work. Roger came that evening to repair it and when it was obvious that the machine could not be repaired, he replaced it with a higher end (matching) washing machine. Problems were solved immediately and to my complete satisfaction. I am remodeling another house and plan to purchase all my appliances from Smart Sales and Service.

 + -1 moreWasher did not work, company would not answer or return phone calls. very poor customer service.
Description of Work: I bought a used Maytag neptune washer and dryer from this company. Found the washer would not perform spin cycle. Called company and they stated they would be out to work on the washer in the afternoon. That is the last I heard from them. Calls go straight to voice mail, will not return phone calls. Very poor customer service.
