I purchased a used mis-matched washer and dryer from this dealer. It was an emergency and the units were delivered that day. After installation, the washer did not work. Roger came that evening to repair it and when it was obvious that the machine could not be repaired, he replaced it with a higher end (matching) washing machine. Problems were solved immediately and
to my complete satisfaction. I am remodeling another house and plan to purchase all my appliances from Smart Sales and Service.

Washer did not work, company would not answer or return phone calls. very poor customer service.

"As is stated in writing and agreed to by EVERY customer: WE DO NOT MAKE ANY IN HOME REPAIRS. We always answer the phone, it is how we live. This person bought a USED washer and dryer and was given the warranty information in writing and told verbally that we do not make any in home repairs, EVER and as is also stated in writing on the same card, ALL deliveries are by a third party, we do not do deliveries, EVER. They were told this again when they called and reported a problem with the USED washer, they were told the same thing everyone is told, "please bring it back or contact the delivery person and arrange for it to be brought to our location and it will be repaired or replaced". They did not think they had to abide by the same rules that everyone else does and became very rude, belligerent, and verbally abusive and threatening, I will NOT have anyone in my family be subjected to this type of treatment..PERIOD. We strive to provide the best products and service, but some people are just spoiled and mean and really believe the rules do not apply to them. We have sold 309 sets of these exact Maytag Neptunes and had exactly 12 brought back for repair or replacement, Yes they brought them back to us...This "lady" is the ONLY one to try to buck the system.....We treat everyone the same...With honesty and respect, even if we do not receive the same from them. GOD Bless.."
