SAM'S APPLIANCES & FURNITURE

I bought a faux leather sofa from SAMS several years ago. About a year ago one of my dachshunds landed on the padded head area and tore a teeny tear in it (not all the way through but breaking the surface). I tried to repair it, to no avail, using a repair kit. The thing just kept peeling. Then I called in a so-called professional. He cost me $200.00. And it only repealed. I'd been covering it up and it only got worse. So finally I decided "well if I have to pay, it's worth it to get it replaced". I called SAMS to see about replacing the entire section of the sectional. But guess what? The sent out their furniture repairmen. They dismantled and professionally repaired the entire section BRAND NEW and at NO COST TO ME! They were totally professional, from the first contact on through the repair. We have also purchased a new bedroom set for our son. He is thrilled! Do I recommend SAMS? You bet I do!!!

APPLIED ONLINE. WAS PRE APPROVED. WENT TO STORE AND THE TRANSACTION WAS SUPER SMOOTH. SALES PEOPLE ARE PERSONABLE. YOU CAN TELL THIS IS A COMPANY OWNED BY A SMART BUSINESS MAN. EVERYONE WAS SO AWESOME. IT WAS NOT AN OVER PRICED RIP OFF. I WILL DEFINITIVELY DO BUSINESS WITH SAMS AGAIN... UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NOT ALOT OF COMPANIES LIKE THIS ANYWHERE... GIVE SAMS A TRY DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT...EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF.
