Hello, we are Jayliz LLC. We are a small family-owned and operated home improvements business that began serving the central TX area in late 2022. Our office was located in Temple and recently moved to Jarrell. We primarily serve Temple, Belton, Harker Heights, Killeen, Waco, and Copperas Cove. However, we will cover areas north of Waco, west of Copperas Cove, south of Georgetown, and east of Temple. We have a small crew of owners and sub-contractors. Our owner/GC is James Quintero, born and raised in the central TX area. We have workers with several years of experience in all areas of construction/home improvements. Hays County had a checklist of requirements for electronic files, it took multiple rounds to get these corrected and added to the delay. That delay, because of price inflation, has cost me more than $12,000 in additional costs for septic components. Would not recommend, not even to my ex-wife."
