We are paid the same once a month year round, unless additional services are requested, instead of pay-per-service each time we are out performing services. We have several agreements to choose from or we can customize any of them to fit your criteria. You get regular weekly maintenance throughout the Spring/Summer seasons and winter service throughout the Fall/Winter seasons. If you are not looking for regular yearly maintenance, we also provide a one-time or the occasional pay-per-service other than regular yearly maintenance.
