An Oasis Lawn Care

This company started out doing good work, however over time completely slacked off. Ultimately they failed to even show up. I was paying for weekly yard care and they were charging my credit card approximately $300.00 every month for full service. Our lawn was totally neglected all summer of 2015. They didn't even show up to mow. I phoned to ask why they had not been coming every week only to get their voice mail instructing me to send them an email. I couldn't even leave a message. I emailed several times yet never got a response. This went on for weeks. My last email, August 2015, instructed them to discontinue charging me for service as they hadn't shown up in weeks and we had hired another lawn service. Once I sent this email I finally heard from them. They gave me a story about having difficulty with their employees and wanted to give me credit if I would keep using them. I told the no we had made other arrangements. I thought that was the end only to get an email, January 2016, from them with 4 invoices attached saying they had provided service for those 4 months, but I had not paid. At least 2 of these months were summer months when they hadn't provided any lawn care!  I never received paper invoices from them for my service, so this was highly suspicious.
I responded to the January 2016 email stating I really didn't feel I owed them since they had my credit card information and that was how I always paid. Additionally they never did anything during at least 2 of those months. If indeed they had even mowed why didn't they run my credit card?  Of course I have yet to get a response to my email.  I definitely would not recommend Oasis Lawn Care or as their new name appears to be An Oasis Lawn Care as it is one and the same company!

The quote process was painless and rather novel I thought. Andrew Jereb uses a satellite view of your house to map out the location of the lights. He suggested a number of options all the way from Clark Griswold to simple ground lighting. He had excellent recommendations as to the design and where to put the lights to make it look presentable. I will say mine tended more towards the Griswold's and the lights were up before Thanksgiving and taken down after the second week of January. Response was excellent when a couple of the strands went out and within a business day the crew had stopped by and repaired what was necessary.
The price above is for the first year having to purchase the bulbs and light strands. After our first year, the price goes down to $1170 for installation, maintenance, removal and storage.
Andrew is very professional and prompt with responses and easy to work with even though we never had to actually meet face-to-face.

They come out every two weeks and do a beautiful job. They don't take cash, they charge everything to a credit card. They catch the grass and leave it out for our trash man. The price billed is higher than the price quoted, but not by much. The only thing we don't like is the billing system. They are prompt and do the job on the exact date. They are very professional and they go right along with everything they are suppose to be doing.

We have had some problems with this company. Will probably not use them again after this season.
