"Sales person stated I would receive monthly service and free treatment if critters appeared during scheduled visits. Technician stated no we only receive quarterly and they do not come out in between scheduled visits. After spending two hours on hold trying to cancel contract for breach, customer service representative hung up. Never use this company."

Bugabug Pest Control began in June 1999. Mark Foltz, the owner, has worked in this industry for 28 years, both as a top producer for a world-wide company and as a technician.
