Tom and Ricky are outstanding professionals who truly understand customer service. They remained flexible on scheduling while my TV was delivered, then even stayed over waiting for me to go exchange the original TV (damaged in shipping)! Tom made numerous suggestions about the current and future projects that save money and facilitate future expansion. This company (and individuals) definitely exceed expectations!
