  I was extremely impressed. I do my own smart home equipment and software. I only hire out infrastructure which is not where these guys normally make their money. I used a promotion that was a bit of a loop hole, so I agreed to pay the normal rate instead of the promotion. I know the industry rates and these guy's hourly is 20% lower than the other firms. I also agreed to an hourly rate instead of a fixed bid because I had not opened those areas and didn't know what was in the walls and ceilings. Sure enough, it was a PITA. Stairway headers, HVAC ducts filled the trusses. Tony and his guy worked their butts off routing the cable. I had purchased cable lengths that didn't allow for big detours. These guys had a tough day. I was very impressed with the solutions they found. Let's just say they were committed. At the end, Tony offered me the promotion for one guy and normal rate for the second guy without my asking. Net-net: I got a great job at a great price. I can only comment on cable run work, but these guys are great and I highly recommend themshow more

  I was getting my basement remodeled and really dropped the ball on getting the low voltage work taken care of. Tony was able to come out the very next day and scope out the work. A few days later, they ran most of the wires. They came back after the dry wall was up to finish the installation and do final testing. (Also I should note--the cost was so high because I geeked out and got the best ethernet cable and the fastest switch...my network flies!!!!!!) We had used Music Evolution a year ago to install a TV mount for us.   Couldn't be happier! We are having new construction in our basement. The electricians were completing their work on Friday and the drywallers were coming in Saturday morning. Late Thursday night I decided to have satellite lines run to the basement, which give me very little time to find someone. After calling a few other places, I found John's company on the internet. He was very friendly and agreed to come out that day knowing our situation. And knowing our dilemma, any company could have jacked up the price, but John didn't.   We have 3 floors and high-pitched roofs so it's hard to find someone that will go up on the roof to do anything. I called Satcom and told them it was urgent and they nicely sent someone the next day "as long as there is no snow on the roof." This was their requirement. I told them there wasn't any (from what I could see, I just did a quick glance) and they said "okay, we'll do it then". I was quoted $95.00. The guy that came the next day said he needed help due to the height and he had to wait for all the snow to melt (there was a bit of snow still in the crevices of the room that I hadn't seen - oops! totally my fault!) and assured me the satellite dish wouldn't fall due to the 2 cables. I was worried they would charge me for the first visit, and they DID NOT!!! They didn't mention a thing about it! The next week I got busy and wasn't really paying attention to the weather. Satcom called me and asked me to check the roof for snow. I didn't see any so they scheduled something for 2 days later (they said they had checked the weather and felt confident it was only going to get warmer). They followed up with me!!!! I didn't even have to call them back!!! THAT IS TOTALLY AMAZING and completely unexpected!! Two guys showed up right at 1:00 (window was 1:00 to 5:00) and were done in 20 minutes. Two other notable things: they got (loose) dirt on the carpet and asked for a vacuum cleaner. I said, "Don't worry about it, we will get it" because someone else was using the vacuum and we were about the vacuum the entire upstairs. The 2 guys kept insisting they clean up their own mess "It's no problem. Please just let us clean up our mess" they kept saying. I kept saying "Nope, it's fine. It's fine." They finally agreed and picked up their stuff to leave. On the way out, 2 floors down, the person using the vacuum cleaner was having trouble. A part had broken off on the vacuum and she couldn't figure out how to get it back on. It was just us two women in the house at the time and we were both trying to get it to work. So, one of the guys sees us and comes BACK in the house before leaving to help us fix the vacuum. That is just simply amazing!!!! I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. And even with the extra person and vacuum help, the bill still ended up being $95.00. Don't go anywhere else! This is a top-notch company that will get it right every timeshow more

  Eric did a great job - he took his time and ensured that we got the best signal possible. He had to run a cable from my attic, out the side of my house, and down the siding to be entered into my living room in order to get that room hooked up to the antenna. He concealed the cable very well - it's not even noticeable unless you know it's there already. I called him back about a week after the installation due to inability to get some of the channels to come in that were after the initial install, and he found that the amplifier had died already. He replaced it for free, and vowed to reach out to the company that manufactured it to ensure it didn't happen again to other customers. Very happy with the service and cost and would definitely hire them again for my next homeshow more
