  William suggested that he schedule his appointment to mount the TV at the same time as the Satellite TV installation. It was my first experience with Satellite TV and I was lucky to have William there to discuss the installation and entry point into the house with the technician. In addition to what I initially hired him to do, which was mount the TV, he spent over an hour looking for the demarcation point (it had been walled in) so the satellite cables could be pulled. He also completed the wiring for my phone and DSL lines since the phone company was not able to complete the installation the day before due to the "missing" Dmarc box. I would not have had a working phone, DSL or Satellite TV that day without William's knowledge, experience and expertise!   It was difficult connecting with the company. However, after we connected, and decide on a date and time I was more than pleased with the results. Mr. Parr was very professional in his approach. He kept the work area clean, and did not damage the furniture. When he was finished, it looked as if the TV was on the wall all along. Great job. My Directv installation was scheduled for the same day, immediately after the mounting of the TV. Mr. Parr was very good at explaining what he was doing and also what to expect from our Directv installer. He, Mr Parr, was spot on in his description of the Directv installer.   William had stopped by a week or so earlier to look at the job and provide an estimate. While no written estimate was provided, he did give us a ballpark of $800 plus the $99.00 Angie's List voucher which was to provide $250 worth of work. He explained that voucher covered a standard flat screen installation on a drywall type wall and because this was stacked stone, it would be more. His $800 verbal estimate had originally included a repeater for our cable box, but after the quote we decided to switch from Cable to DirecTV and that negated the need for the repeater, but we added the sound bar, so the total came to $815 plus the $99 we had paid for the voucher, for a total of $914. William arrived promptly at the designated time and completed the job in about 7 hours. This included an hour or so running to Home Depot to get some plywood to increase support for the bracket behind the stacked stone wall. While I was fully confident in William, I know it took some extra effort working with and behind the stacked stone. Snaking the electrical, HDMI, and speaker wiring was a time-consuming process. William cleaned up his work space several times during the process. The job was done professionally - we were quite pleased with his work and would certainly use his services again should the need ariseshow more

  I recently changed from Directv to Dish with Vitallink Satellite. I was more than satisfied with Dish. I did more than Directv with clearer picture and more options. Courtney came out for the installation and as happy as I am with Dish, Courtney exceeded all my expectations for the installation. He has a friendly professional manner and great work ethic and skill set. The installation required moving the dish and running new cables, which Courtney did a superior job and cleaned up everything before he left.   Extremely professional. Excellent communication. I called them on Saturday and they worked with my schedule to come at the day/time best for me. Price was extremely reasonable; I purchased wall bracket and cords from them; much easier than going to Best Buy and not being able to find the right thing - and their price was very reasonable.   Our experience to them was great and will give them an "A" for that. They did an extra charge but it's on our request, for example, we bought a mount for the T.V. and we expected that as a charge because that was not included on the Deal so there is no problem with that. I was happy with them.

  Two gentlemen showed up on time and, after showing them what I needed done, got straight to work. They were very professional and pleasant.
