Tom explained everything he was going to do, obtained my approval of how he was going to route the rg6 cable, and had everything with him to do the job. Very pleased with his work and customer interaction. Knows what he is doing and gets it done at a reasonable cost. Was very careful on my new steel shake roof. Didn't try to up sell me, made suggestions but said if my hdtv antenna worked fine in the attic before the new roof, it should be fine remounted to the chimney and it was.

Very confident they could take care of replacing the old system even though it was 20 years old.

We purchased the big new home and decided to put 10 TVs on the walls. The biggest thing with my wife was she wanted to see no wires. I reached out to a couple of people who said they could mount the TVs on the wall, but that was it. I had a more complication setup as I came to find out. Tom with Advanced Satellite was the only one how realized that and was able to provide good information and guidance as to who the install should go. This wasn't as simple as mounting TVs. Our DirecTV installation was going to be complicated with a lot of modifications that would allow that many TVs to coexist on one system. Tom took on the role of my Media Guy. Never when I was growing up in the Bronx would I think I would ever have a Media Guy, but I have one. Tom worked with me on what I needed to tell DirecTV for the installation. He then contacted DirecTV for me and corrected what I screwed up. He worked the installation to the end, even did a lot of the work the DirecTV installer couldn't or wouldn't do. Being a DirecTV install himself, Tom knew what needed to happen. The hanging of the TVs were the minor parts of the installation. With Tom's help everything turned out OK. Our project is ongoing, but so far he has done a beyond excellent job. This is mostly because I am running this project while I'm still working in California and my wife is there at our new home in Texas. Tom took charge and managed the project in my absence. The biggest deal is my wife is happy. He has delivered what he said, when he said, and at a fair price. I highly recommend Tom and Advanced Satellite Systems for all your media needs.

Tom and his crew are fabulous. Explained everything in detail. Went above and beyond just the antenna installation by hiding all my TV wires in the wall and securing my 3 TVs to the wall better! He also removed an old dish that had been left on my roof from past owners. Plan to use them again to move my security cameras soon. Thanks Tom!

I had never used Home Advisors before but my Bose surround sound system receiver in my living room was malfunctioning. I had actually intended on having a Super Bowl party at my house a few months ago but I did not know anyone who worked on this type of equipment other than the Best Buy Geek Squad (bad experience with them made me not want to go that route again). Tom was AWESOME! He told me he has been in the business for a long time and it showed. He got my surround sound in my living room working again (I needed a new receiver and subwoofer and he eliminated a whole bunch of unnecessary cables) and improved the viewing experience in my master bedroom (I needed my flat screen TV remounted to a better viewing height on the wall and he hid a bunch of cables). I would have him back in a heartbeat for any other problems and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of assistance.

I'm glad I chose this company. Tom and Ricky did a great job and they were very professional. I ended up having them do more work (mount TV in both bedrooms, outside speakers, hide all other electronic equipment). They made good suggestions on how to do all of the work with keeping costs low. I'm very happy with the quality of work performed.
