Received a quick call when I submitted my request to Home Advisor. Appointment was scheduled quickly. He was on time and work was done in a short amount of time and done well. Tech really knew what he was doing.

Effective, timely, exactly as requested.

Tom called shortly after my request for help. We called to solve one problem with our equipment and wound up up-grading the entire system. This was something we had been thinking about doing. Tom is very knowledgeable, ordered the equipment needed, and returned promptly to install it. We are extremely pleased with the results. We will call him should we have another problem and will definitely recommend him to others.

Very professional, we walk my house and look at the best way to do the antenna project, where to run cables, etc. I would highly recommend.

Tom went above and beyond our expectations. He chose the right equipment that would serve us best. He maintained close contact over several weeks while we were planning and scheduling our antenna installation. Then, on the day of our install, my wife and I decided to add a TV over our fireplace. Tom rearranged his schedule to do that for us as well. During the install he had to do lots of work on the roof and in the attic. The antenna he selected is very small and intriguing to look at. The HD channels we now get are as good or better than my HD cable. Now, we have the HD channels Tom enabled us to have, our Blueray player, and our Apple box. All the HD TV we could ever need. The cost of today's changes (antenna, fireplace mount, and labor), will pay for itself in 3 months by eliminating our cable bill. Thanks a lot Tom. Job well done. I will be referring you to all my family and friends.

They were very helpful and came out sooner than expected.

We hired Tom to realign our Direct TV dish and connect the new Swim 3 device on our extremely steep 2 story roof. No one else would go up there and Direct TV will not get onto the roof to do the work themselves. He did a great job and then even rearranged the wires inside to make everything ready for Direct TV to come back with our Genie upgrade components. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable about all parts of the job. Awesome!
