"I initially hired Dallas Home Improvement to clean 2 drapery panels and my rugs after my dogs had accidents. Mike was on time and did a great job. While he was cleaning the drapes, he saw how dirty my windows were and gave me a very reasonable quote to clean them. He took the rugs with him when he finished the drapes. Another accident and I had them come out again to clean and booked the window cleaning. When Mike was steam cleaning the drapes he noticed the rug pad (that was underneath the rugs being cleaned) smelled and suggested that he steam clean the rug pad when he came back to do the windows. Today Mike came back to clean the windows, steam clean the rug pad and return the cleaned rugs. Everything is fresh and clean!! I will definitely be hiring Dallas Home Improvement to clean my windows again in the spring and whenever I need drapery or rug cleaning."
