About us

Alpha Telecom will do the same work as the phone or cable company in your business or home for half the cost. Our techs are all former AT&T techs. We do not use subcontractors. Estimates are free and we do not charge trip charges. Basic jack installation in a business is $50.00 and $40 for your home. Discounts apply for multiple units. Mention Angie's list and receive a $5 per jack discount or 10% off of broadband or phone system removal orders.

Mr. Dindinger is pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. He arrived on time and completed the work that we needed, and his price was more than reasonable. I would definitely use his services again should we ever need phone repair again. He said that he mostly does commercial work now, but I hope he will continue doing residential. Great service.

2 other companies could not figure out the problem (including Geek Squad from Best Buy). Andy was able to figure out the problem over the phone just by my description, came out and repaired the problem in 15 to 20 minutes. We followed directions given by Vonage and paid over $100 to Geek Squad to try and fix the problem. They had no idea how to handle the problem.
