We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!

Vinyl flooring comes with different warranty lengths based on the thickness of the layers and the quality of the material. Most include a 20-year warranty. However, you’ll need to maintain the floor appropriately and read through the warranty to avoid using any products, tools, or methods that void the warranty. Some warranties, for example, are made void if you use a steam cleaner, even if the floor can withstand the heat and moisture.

Many DIYers and pros start installing flooring in the middle of a room to ensure a balanced, symmetrical layout, especially when using tiles or planks. This process is particularly helpful in odd-shaped rooms because it allows you to create a centerline from which to work. Door jambs usually stop the door at 180 degrees when closed.  A doorway floor transition sits between the door jambs on the floor, helping to create a safer and more aesthetically pleasing transition from one flooring type to the next.
