Jason and Jeff Lanzara, brothers, own the business. As teenagers, the brothers mowed lawns to make extra money and their father would occasionally help them out. After college and other business careers, Jason and Jeff decided to form the partnership to do what they loved to do, plus be able to work together. They offer full-service lawn and tree care, including licensed chemical applications, landscaping, and maintenance. MDM stands for something special, a name a client once gave them...Million Dollar Mowers! Call Jason or Jeff for a free estimate!

"Jeff, our MDM Rep. was great to work with. Honest and reliable without question. When it came time for the job, he was here to see everything was as it should be! Miguel, the crew manager was super knowledgeable, hard working and managed his crew very well. Anytime I needed questions answered, Jeff was very responsive and stayed on top of any concerns or questions I had. I would highly recommend MDM for your landscaping needs! Steve C. Azle, TX"

"We recently had the pleasure of working with Jake, the owner of Sporange Landscape and Drainage, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Jake installed two patios and a connecting path, using contemporary large-format porcelain pavers and gravel planting beds that border and define the patios and the path. He also redirected the existing downspout discharge underground and away from the house and patios. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. From start to finish, Jake was professional, communicative, and passionate about his work. He listened to our vision and he delivered."

I am very skilled and love what I do. What's more to say. I have 6 employees and I don't sub-contract you deal with me and me only. The Billing procedures are 1/2 the total amount to start up, 1/4 when half way complete, and 1/4 when when job completed.

Rototilling questions, answered by experts

Not typically. A paver patio drainage problem generally requires a landscaping fix that can include a drainage pipe or dry well capable of handling the amount of runoff in your yard.

The average cost to have rototilling done on your property is around $250, and most homeowners pay between $100 and $350. The total for your rototilling project will depend on the area you need tilled, the quality of the soil, how many roots and shrubs are in the area, and the accessibility of the area. Anything that increases the time to till your soil—like hard clay soil, small entrances to the area that require the use of smaller tools, and roots running through the ground—will all increase your costs.

You should dig 3 to 6 inches deep for plastic edging. Dig as wide as you need to fit your plastic edging into it—2 inches is usually sufficient.

While parts of the appraisal are out of your control, there are some things you can do to potentially raise the home’s value. You can make necessary repairs and upgrades before the appraiser visits—an appraiser can only value what is currently part of the home, not its potential. You can also provide the appraiser with the cost of recent upgrades. The appraiser will likely increase the value of your home by about 50% or more of what you paid for those improvements.

Hardscaping often requires preparation of the ground in the area where the feature is being installed. This can include digging, compacting, and leveling the soil, ensuring adequate drainage, and removing any existing plants. The extent of preparation needed will depend on the type and size of the hardscaping feature being installed.
