Description of Work: I have used Pool Chlor for over 5 years. They come every Monday afternoom and add the necessary chemicals to my pool. I have never had any problems with them and my pool is always sparkling clean. I couldn't buy the chemicals cheaper and I never have to worry about them showing up. I don't have to store any chemicals or add any chlorine between visits! A+ all around.

+ -1 moreIt is obvious that Mr. Lock is very experienced and knowledgeable about pool chemistry and equipment. He listens carefully, and asks direct questions that tell you that he knows what he's talking about. He is very generous with his time and explanations for how to care and maintain the pool and equipment. He furnished free printed guides that were far better than others that I have purchased.
Description of Work: My pool pump had developed a leak, and not only did Mr. Lock repair it, but he performed a thorough check of all fittings and components.

Description of Work: My pool filter was disassembled and cleaned, and the trap door to the skimmer was filed down.

+ -1 moreMr. Lock was very professional. He definitely knows his way around a pool. He performed all work while I was not home and just left an invoice for payment upon completion. Very convenient indeed. Would highly recommend.

+ -1 moreThis was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a repair person. I have never owned a pool before. Ken not only did an excellent job of cleaning the filter he also answered numerous questions I had about operating a pool. I had hired other companies to educate me about pool operations and they could not compare to what Ken gave me for free. He arrived on time and was very professional and patiently answering my questions. He also check to make sure I understood what he was saying. I wish there were a rating above A that I could give him. He is superb.
Description of Work: Clean an old pool filter for Spring use.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME. THE GUY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM. HE WAS POLITE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: THEY WORKED ON THE PUMP SYSTEM IN MY POOL. THEY REPLACED A PART THAT HAD A HOLE IN IT THAT WAS KEEPING US FROM BEING ABLE TO GET ENOUGH PRESSURE TO THE VACUUM.
