"Ray came by my home on the same day as I submitted the job and I hired him on the spot. I had 3 bathroom sinks where the water shutoff valves were corroded solid. We were replacing the builder grade faucets with more contemporary ones that my family had purchased online. Ray completed replacing the 1st sink's faucet shut off valves and when we went to install the purchased faucet we discovered that to install the faucet would require additional modification the the sink to allow the faucet to be installed. He discussed what was needed to install the faucet and it was decided that we would purchase different faucets to install and rescheduled the appointment for the following week to complete the work.
