Description of Work: We had our kitchen cabinets replaced. The quality of the job was fine, although there were a couple of places that I asked to have redone. This was never done, although I talked to Home Depot to have this issue fixed. Home Depot's solution was to contact me directly with the man who installed my cabinets. Although he said he would order the new surface to fix the mistake, I never heard from him again. We paid a lot (probably too much) for these cabinets, and Home Depot's customer service for fixing the issues is nonexistent.

Please note my ratings on Angie's List apply to Home Depot and their Special Order Department, not Candice and Jeremy. They get straight A's. On 07/27/13 my son went to the store to buy seven concrete splash blocks, thinking he could just pick them up. Well, no, they didn't have any. He placed an order for the blocks and was told the store would call when they arrived. I waited and waited, then I waited some more. Home Depot never called so three months later, on 10/25/13, I phoned the store. I was told the order had been closed out because the blocks had been picked up, presumably by me. No, I hadn't picked them up. Went round and round and eventually the order was placed again. Turned out it had been closed out because the blocks hadn't been picked up. Okay, so much for that. Yesterday, 11/15/13, the store called and said the blocks were in and Jeremy would load them into my car for me. I went to pick up the blocks. An amazing lady named Candice helped me out. She went to track down Jeremy to bring the blocks. I waited and waited, then I waited some more. When Jeremy showed up he had not seven, but five blocks. Seems two of the blocks had been taken all the way to the other end of store and put in the block department. Candice and Jeremy had no idea why. Anyway, Candice sent Jeremy off to retrieve the missing blocks. I waited and waited, then I waited some more. Finally, lo and behold, here comes Jeremy! Hey Jeremy, how ya' doin'? He was carrying one block, another fellow had the other one. They loaded them into my car and I was on my way! Candice, you did a great job! Thank you! Jeremy, you're a fun good-natured guy. Thank you also! All's well that ends well.
Description of Work: Supplied concrete splash blocks. Should have had them in stock. Had to special order. Failed to phone when they arrived. Failed to have Jeremy get the order ready for pickup. Employees Candice and Jeremy took care of the situation with grace and good humor.
