Primary responsibility for ensuring that each remodeling project is completed in a timely manner, within or under the estimated budget and that the client is highly satisfied and likely to refer others to us for remodeling Orders all material and tracks delivery times assuring that material arrives at the job -site when needed. Negotiates prices with subcontractors. Writes work orders and maintains specifications/requisition records of these activities for each job. Maintains frequent (at least weekly) communication with the customer throughout the job. Communicates with the customer in person, (while checking the job), or by phone, or in writing. - Meets with salesperson and customers in a preconstruction conference to discuss scope, potential problems, and decisions made by the customers.
