Negotiates prices with subcontractors. Writes work orders and maintains specifications/requisition records of these activities for each job. Maintains frequent (at least weekly) communication with the customer throughout the job. Communicates with the customer in person, (while checking the job), or by phone, or in writing. - Meets with salesperson and customers in a preconstruction conference to discuss scope, potential problems, and decisions made by the customers.
